We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to join our team to lead our production unit. Working closely with our Exec Baker you’ll over see the creation of both bread & pastry lines, lead the training of junior team members & be responsible for quality control as we service our own stores as well as a growing list of wholesale customers.

The role would be 4-5 shifts a week & will include some weekend work. The right candidate will be confident leading a team, have great people skills, setting an example to all staff for the standards of service expected. They will have prior experience of managing staff, training & completing due diligence paperwork.
